Berezkin Stanislav Semenovych was born on 12 May 1959 in village Vysoki Bairaky of Kirovograd district Kirovograd region.
Higher education - graduated from Kirovograd Institute of Agricultural Mechanical Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began work activities at the age of 17: taught aviation group in Kirovograd regional station of young technicians.
From 1977 till 1979 - served in the Soviet Army.
After the army he worked as an engineer of technical department, master of Kirovograd Institute of Agricultural Mechanical Engineering, senior processing engineer of Kirovograd district production association of industrial and technical support of agriculture, chief of transport department of furniture plant.
In 1991 he founded and began construction of the most powerful enterprise in Kirovograd region at present on processing of sunflower seeds. For over 20 years of active development the company transformed into integrated agro-industrial group and became one of the largest processors of agricultural products in Ukraine.
From February 2011 - people’s deputy of Ukraine. As a people's deputy he worked in the Committee on Budget of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, he is a member of group of inter-parliamentary relations with the United States of America, People's Republic of China, Japan, France, Czech Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
On parliamentary elections in 2012 was elected as people's deputy of Ukraine in single-seat electoral district No 100. According to the results of voting he won with 36.88% of electorate votes. He is a member of the Committee on Economic Policy of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
On February 21, 2014 he stopped his membership in the Party of Regions and on the meeting of Verkhovna Rada announced about resignation from the group of Party of Regions in the Verkhovna Rada. Member of the group "Economic Development".
He has the title "Honored Worker of Industry of Ukraine" Chevalier of the Order of Prince Vladimir II degree, awarded by the charter of honour of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
